• Terms And Condition
• 1. Items Including In The Tour Cost:
• Conducted / package tour shall includes followings things.
•  3 Tier AC Class Train Ticket / Air fare for international tours ( To & Fro ).
•  Luxury bus/ car travel.
•  Maximum sight-seeing as per Tour Programme.
•  All three meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and morning and evening Tea / Coffee for conducted (group ) tours.
•  Accommodation in an ‘A’ Grade to star category Hotels.
•  Visa charges & Overseas Insurance and Airport Taxes.
• 2. Items Not Including In The Tour Cost :
•  Meals during Rail / Air Travel & Airport Area in group tour.
•  Laundry charges & Medical charges, Extra food or drink & tourist own shopping.
•  Services not mentioned in the itinerary.
•  Cost of any personal expenses. Such as Pony, Phone calls, Doli, Coolie / Porter, Horse Riding, Ropeway,Boating,Wildlife Safari Charges etc.
•  Services tax as applicable .
• 3. At the time of Booking of Tour : Tourist should pay 50% Advance on Tour Cost & remaining amount shall be pay 15 days before departing of a tour. Tourist can pay the amount by Cash / Cheque / NEFT/Online /GPAY/Phone Pay in the name of Dattaram Bharekar/ Datta Trimurti Tours/Trimurti Holidays
• 4. At the time of Booking of Tour :
• (A) 05 % Concession will be given to Senior Citizen (above 65 years)
• (B) 30 % Concession will be given to Small Children (age between 4-11 yrs.)
• (C) Concession of 05 % - 20% will be given for Group – Booking in Domestic & International Tours & Students Special Tour as Following :
• 10 - 15 pax : 05 % concession
• 15 - 20 pax : 10 % concession
• 20 - 25 pax : 15 % concession
• 25 & above : 20 % concession
• & concession will be given without Railway / Air fares.
• (D) If booking is made 120 Days in advance then 10% concession & 90 Days in advance then 05% will be given as early booking discount to tourist & concession only given when tourist can made a full payment.
• (E) If we are giving you group tour concession then other concessions are not applicable. (Senior Citizen concession, advance booking concession …etc.)
• 5. L.T.C. & L.F.C. : Those travelers who L.T.& L.F.C. from their office, then it is necessary to give prior intimation to that effect at the time of booking accordingly L.T.C. & L.F.C. certificates will be given to them.
• 6. Medical Help & Loss of Material or Life:
• The company will not liable / responsible & will not given any expenses for following :
• Sickness, illness, loss of property or baggage, any personal injury or expenses, delay or discomfort, theft ,damage of baggage death etc….
• 7. Natural Calamity: Due to natural calamity or due to any unforeseen or inevitable, eventually if the sightseeing or tour is shortened or cancelled, then in such cases no complaint will the entertained or any responsibilities of completing the part of the tour shall be on the company.
• 8. Rules Regarding Cancellation of Tour : If any member cancels his/her tour plan he /she will be refunded his/her money by way of cheque or cash in the following manner :
• CANCELLATION PERIOD DEDUCTED AMOUNT
• ( On the entire tour price)
• 1) 60 days Before 10%
• 2) 45 days Before 15%
• 3) 30 days Before 25%
• 4) 15 days Before 35%
• 5) 10 days Before 50%
• 6) 05 days Before 80%
• 7) 02 days Before 100% or not refundable
• Other Special Instruction:
• 1. Before setting out on travelling, ensures that rail / air / bus reservations or tickets is
• taken along with more complete address of hotel & passport shall be kept with you.
• 2. Railway and Air ticket services are different organizations and hence Datta Trimurti Tours / Trimurti Holidays nor responsible for any of the terms and conditions, including eligibility for refunds, of the various ticket types.
• 3. Tourist shall carry small & convenient baggage.
• 4. Tourist shall keep required medicines with them.
• 5. Tourist shall bear their own expenses from tea, coffee, meals during rail journeys. Moreover it the strength of tourist is low (in group tour). Then each one will be refunded 450/- for meal (BLD) expenses for Indian Tours.
• 6. Tourist shall co-operate with our representative & our rotation system in buses.
• 7. During the tour alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited & should not be consumed & should not act to cause nuisance to other tourist.
• 8. Tourist shall always be in position of identity cards with a photograph.
• 9. Datta Trimurti Tours/ Trimurti Holidays have all rights reserved to change in tour program.
• 10. In such cases i.e. Supplier rate fluctuation, changes in fuel charges & taxes before the date of departure then tourist should pay the remaining cost before leaving the tour.
• 11. While you are on tour, should keep the atmosphere playful & sportive moreover you should preserve & maintain the cultural heritage & importance of tourist place of our country india.
