Ajmer, Bikaner and Chittorgarh Tour Overview
12 day Rajasthan tour covering Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Pushkar, Chittorgarh, Nathdwara, Udaipur and Mount Abu. Travel includes Mumbai to Jaipur and Mount Abu to Mumbai by train with overnight journeys, intercity transfers and sightseeing by car or bus. Accommodation is in deluxe hotels with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Highlights include city palaces and forts, camel breeding farm, desert camel ride with sunset and cultural program, major temples and lakes, and Mount Abu hill station and Dilwara Jain Temples.
Ajmer, Bikaner and Chittorgarh Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Depart from Bandra Terminal, Mumbai to Jaipur by Nizamuddin Garib Rath Express departing at 12.00 hrs or by Jaipur Superfast Express departing at 17.05 hrs. Overnight journey to Jaipur.

Morning after breakfast proceed to Chittorgarh and visit Chittorgarh Fort including Ranakumbha, Meera Mandir, Vijay Stambha and Padmini Palace. Visit Nathdwara to see Shri Nathji Krishna Temple and Yeklingi Shiv temple. Continue to Udaipur for overnight stay.
Day 9
Morning after breakfast proceed for Udaipur sightseeing visiting City Palace, Pratap Memorial, Saheliyon Ki Bari, Fatehsagar Lake, Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple and Sukhadia Circle. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 10
Morning after breakfast depart to Nathdwara to visit Shri Nathji and then proceed to Mount Abu. Evening visit Nakki Lake and enjoy the sunset at Mount Abu. Overnight stay at Mount Abu.
Day 11
Morning after breakfast proceed for Mount Abu sightseeing visiting Guru Shikar, Dilwara Jain Temple and Prajapati Brahmakumari Ashram. In the evening depart to Mumbai by Ranakpur Express at 18.25 hrs from Abu Road or other available train. Overnight train journey.
Day 12
Morning arrival at Bandra Terminal, Mumbai at 07.10 hrs. Tour ends with sweet memories.

- 1. Items Including In The Tour Cost :
- Conducted / package tour shall includes followings things.
- Second / Economy Class rail / air fare for international tours ( To & Fro ).
- Luxury bus/ car travel.
- Maximum sight-seeing as per Tour Programme.
- All three meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and morning and evening Tea / Coffee for conducted ( group ) tours.
- Accommodation in an ‘A’ Grade to star category Hotels.
- Visa charges & Overseas Insurance and Airport Taxes.
- 2. Items Not Including In The Tour Cost :
- Taxi & Rickshaw charges To & Fro Airport.
- Meals during Rail / Air Travel & MAP in package tour.
- Laundry charges & Medical charges, Extra food or drink & tourist own shopping.
- Services not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Cost of any personal expenses. Such as Pony. Phone calls, Doli, Coolie / Porter, Horse Riding, Ropeway etc.
- Services tax as applicable on current market rate.
- 3. At the time of Booking of Tour : Tourist should pay 50% cost p.p Tour & remaining amount shall be paid 25 days before departing of a tour. Tourist can pay the amount by Cash / Cheque / Draft in the name of Datta Trimurti Tours & Datta Trimurti Travels.
- 4. At the time of Booking of Tour :
- (A) 10 % Concession will be given to Senior Citizen (above 65 years)
- (B) 30 % Concession will be given to Small Children (age between 4-11 yrs.)
- (C) Concession of 10 % - 25% will be given for Group – Booking & Students Special Tour as Following :
- 10 - 15 pax : 10 % concession
- 15 - 20 pax : 15 % concession
- 20 - 25 pax : 20 % concession
- 25 & above : 25 % concession
- & concession will be given without Rail / Air fares.
- (D) If booking is made 91 Days in advance then 10% concession will be given as early booking discount to tourist & concession only given when tourist can made a full payment.
- (E) If we are giving you group tour concession then other concessions are not applicable. ( Senior Citizen concession, advance booking concession …ect)
- 5. L.T.C. & L.F.C. : Those travelers who L.T.& L.F.C. from their office, then it is necessary to give prior intimation to that effect at the time of booking accordingly L.T.C. & L.F.C. certificates will be given to them.
- 6. Medical Help & Loss of Material or Life : The company will not liable / responsible & will not given any expenses for following :
- Sickness, illness, loss of property or baggage, any personal injury or expenses, delay or discomfort, theft damage of baggage death etc….
- 7. Natural Calamity : Due to natural calamity or due to any unforeseen or inevitable, eventually if the sightseeing or tour is shortened or cancelled, then in such cases no complaint will the entertained or any responsibilities of completing the part of the tour shall be on the company.
- 8. Rules regarding cancellation of Tour : If any member cancels his/her tour plan he /she will be refunded his/her money by way of cheque or cash in the following manner :

- 2) 45 days Before 10%
- 3) 30 days Before 20%
- 4) 15 days Before 30%
- 5) 10 days Before 50%

- 7) On the date of tour 100% or not refundable
- Other Special Instruction :
- 1. Before setting out on travelling, ensures that rail / air / bus reservations or tickets is
- taken along with more complete address of hotel & passport shall be kept with you.
- 2. Railway and Air ticket services are different organizations and hence Datta Trimurti Tours / Trimurti Holidays nor responsible for any of the terms and conditions, including eligibility for refunds, of the various ticket types.
- 3. Tourist shall carry small & convenient baggage.
- 4. Tourist shall keep required medicines with them.
- 5. Tourist shall bear their own expenses from tea, coffee, meals during rail journeys. Moreover it the strength of tourist is low (in group tour). Then each one will be refunded 450/- for meal (BLD) expenses for Indian Tours.
- 6. Tourist shall co-operate with our representative & our rotation system in buses.
- 7. During the tour alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited & should not be consumed & should not act to cause nuisance to other tourist.
- 8. Tourist shall always be in position of identity cards with a photograph.
- 9. Datta Trimurti Tours/Trimurti Holidays have all rights reserved to change in tour program.
- 10. In such cases i.e. Supplier rate fluctuation, changes in fuel charges & taxes before the date of departure then tourist should pay the remaining cost before leaving the tour.
- 11. While you are on tour, should keep the atmosphere playful & sportive moreover you should preserve & maintain the cultural heritage & importance of tourist place of our country india.
